You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.
No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Joanne P5 StarThey were all very helpful and kind, and the eye exam was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I decided to come here this time because their prescriptions are good for two years instead of the usual 12 months, but I'm really glad I did. I'll warn you that it might take a little longer than advertised, but block off an extra half hour and just come here. It'll be a good experience and you won't have to do it again for 24 months. She was not afraid to tell you how she felt and it was spot on. The styles are cutting edge and highly fashionable. Everyone in the store made the experience hassle free and helped choose a frame that fit my face better than the pair I walked in with. Will definitely return when I need a new pair. Good eye exam experience, though.
Needed new glasses and out the new in-person store. Getting an appointment was a snap.
Optometrist was pleasant, efficient, and casual. New prescription was done about 15 min start to finish.
Finding frames wasn’t great. Limited selection for big heads like myself. Staff was pleasant but not too helpful (seemed to be less knowledgeable than you’d find at Lenscrafters or other more traditional stores). Couldn’t suggest an option for low-bridge.
Ordered a pair to try out. Arrived a week and change (shipped to home) later - so-so fit, not worth the drive back to adjust.
Overall, nice to be able try before ordering, but not sure about the value proposition otherwise. They literally order the glasses through the same system as you do online.
At the higher price point, I think I prefer Lenscrafters. For online, Zenni is a much better value.Tuesday 21st May 2024
