She took the time to explain all the costs involved and along with Maria, they resolved an issue with my insurance group. She helped me pick out the right frame for my face. Much appreciated! I’m very indecisive and extremely picky but she is always so patient with me-let’s me take my time so that I’m comfortable. She explains everything very thoroughly so that I make sure I’m getting the right lens option. Georgie Shores5 StarI live in Mesa but choose to drive to Queen Creek due to their costomer service. They are always pleasant and willing to help. When calling for an appointment I always book for when Isabel will be there. She is sweet, personable, knowledgeable and always greets me with a smile! She is also very patient with me.... takes me forever to choose a frame so patience is key! Yes, the travel time maybe a little longer but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!Friday 20th January 2023
