Chkpremise5 StarI have to agree with everyone else. This is the only Walmart Vision with 5 stars which is why I chose it. Dr Timbre explained more about my eyes to me then any other optometrist and I've had glasses for 29 years. I was able to make an informed decision and I'm confident in my choices. Also, he encouraged me to try another contact and I've been using the same brand for 20 years. The new ones are so much more comfortable. They don't take my insurance and my eye exam is covered. So I paid cash and glad I did. You only have one set of eyes and spending more is worth it in this case. The customer service is the best. I couldn't thank Denise more. She is really good at picking frames and explaining lense options. I thought she was crazy when she had me try on the pair I bought and I loved them. There was a customer service issue when I was which I played apart in and am so sorry. The manager and Denise handled it very gracefully. So I know I will be taken care of when I return. From the first phone call to schedule our appts to the friendly and courteous reception of the front office staff. The optometrist at this location is amazing! He was not only very through and extremely knowledgeable, but also took time to explain his diagnosis and his recommendations for what I could do to help improve my vision. I highly recommend this location for your vision care and I personally will not go anywhere else as long as this staff is in place!!! They definitely go above and beyond.Tuesday 17th January 2023
Laquesha Ibarra5 StarDoctor is absolutely amazing here! He just doesn't give you an exam and you go he actually gives advice to you. Also the ladies up front are sweet and helpful! Highly recommend this walmart vision. I promise you won't regret it!!Saturday 4th February 2023
