Robin helped my son repair his glasses for free. We didn’t even purchase them there. Her customer service skills are absolutely above par. Robin is awesome. This is definitely my favorite eyeglass company.

I am a CEOS from a school .. I went yesterday and asked if they can fix a pair of glasses from one of our students .Mr. Lee and Ms. Ann were really nice and empathic when I explained that those glasses belong to a homeless student .. they fix them right at the moment at no cost ... I went back and the student couldn’t be more thankful and happier !! ( he was waiting for me in the nurse’s office with a big headache .. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making a difference in our community 😊. Been coming here for… 5 years at least and Dr Howard be the reason! Well he AND his team of folks that routinely help us regs out, feel me?! :) love the cleanliness sometimes it gets busy and people should be more patient.

The whole process was fast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also my glasses were ready in 6 days which is amazing. Thanks so much for the affordable prices and great customer service. Definitely recommend!
