Friendly greetings, expert check in and so informative I knew exactly what to expect and pay. The doctor was absolutely fantastic .. patient, explained things, and was able to quickly take care of my exam and the results. Then the buying of the lenses and frames, while "ouch", was very thorough and segmented that you know you are buying just what you want and nothing more!Tuesday 30th April 2024
Amanda Ruger5 StarEveryone was so nice! Just had my eyes examined today 1/30/24. The office staff were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and took his time making sure I understood everything I needed to know about my prescription and eye health. And the optician priced glasses out for me and took her time explaining the discounts available and what type of lenses are available. Angel Serna2 Starfirst time going here we lost our optometrist he move to another location so we moved our entire family over to vision works went to my first appointment my wife and daughter had an appointment Earlier in the week , I scheduled my appointment and my wife scheduled an appointment with me to get sunglasses with prescription and all in all , it was a very speedy appointment which I thought was nice. I get my glasses
And and they they were not progressives like I had ordered. Then my wife gets her sunglasses and they are progressives. Instead of single vision. So we both.
Had to bring our glasses back.
So they can send them back into get it right and now I kinda just feel like im a number and we are not sure if we are Going to be looking for a new eye place or not we have three kids plus me and my wife I Would assume you would not like to lose our business. When we went in I expected to hear some kind of apology but not one word It kind of felt like it was our fault. Large selection of glasses, but I'm not sure if that's worth staying.Tuesday 30th April 2024
Chantelle Miller5 StarI loved my doctor. He was thorough, efficient, and reassuring. The front desk woman helped me with my insurance and made me feel so comfortable. The opticians were so helpful. They made sure I got the best deal and gave me rebate information. The screening person was super efficient and nice. Marleigh R2 StarI started out this experience feeling very accommodated and welcomed. Everyone from the doctors to the receptionists were very helpful. I got to the retail area and was helped by a young lady named Janessa. When I asked questions about the add-ons for my prescription, she seemed annoyed. Since I don't work in this particular field, there's education I'm going to seek upon selecting choice options for my prescription. I felt rushed, unwelcomed and received the bare minimum of help. She clearly doesn't like working in retail. I suggest maybe she find another job, and get replaced by an eager and helpful employee. Thank you.Friday 29th December 2023
