Unexpectedly delighted with our experience. We needed Saturday appointments, so we were expecting a “corporate chain” experience as a trade-off. The staff was present (almost a miracle these days!) and kind. Check in was easy. The tech that did the tests before seeing the doctor was personable & professional. The doctor was absolutely great, knowledgeable, patient, and I think he made a great recommendation for my contacts. The check out where we picked glasses/contacts was no-pressure & informative. Contacts will be mailed; everything was smooth & easy. Thanks!

I honestly don’t know how Dr. Glenn completed my eye exam because I was smiling most of the time. Energy in this office is great. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It almost took me 1hr to pick out my frames because there’s so many great options, and not a single person rushed me while I went through every option. This was my first time at visionworks and this team made my experience amazing. Shout out to Ariana, Mike, and Zach for all the help!

Visionworks has always been great. Michael who helped me with my experience was super great and serves some funny dad jokes. The doctor was great as well, along with the rest of the staff. All super friendly and accommodating to someone like me who hadn’t been in for quite some time. Great location. Great employees. Great company. 10/10.

I had a great experience here! The receptionist was very friendly. She was very sweet and kind while taking me through the basic eye exams. I was placed in a room and waited approximately 5 minutes before Dr. Bassett arrived. He thoroughly explained my current eye health and listened to my concerns. All my concerns were addressed and then he did the eye exam and provided my prescription. I walked out of the exam room and another associate assisted me in finding frames. The associate was very helpful and funny. My appointment time was 5:15pm, but I got there around 5pm and they took me in early. I had my exam and ordered new glasses and I was out of there at 5:36pm.

Poor customer service… I walked in, no greeting. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, there were 2 customers ahead of me. One went to the back for eye exam. The other was being assisted. When they left another customer came in the store and was greeted and offered assistance immediately. And yes the employee was aware I was in the store as she watched us the whole time we were there. As I exited she had the audacity to say have a good day. I took my business elsewhere because of this.
