Sierrah Elmore1 StarI had used this same Visionworks location before but this time was ridiculous. After a month and more than 10 phone calls later… Still no glasses. First, they messed up the frames and the glasses when I picked them up. Honest mistake, as long as they fix it. Another 3 weeks passed as I waited patiently for my CORRECT pair of glasses. I was finally notified after 3 phone calls to them that the frames I chose, they no longer carry. The communication from this site is absurd, waiting on a pair of glasses, FOR A MONTH, that they can’t even make. At least they could get my refund correct. 10/10 do NOT recommend this location to anyone actually needing fast and reliable services.Tuesday 21st May 2024

Kathy Halcomb5 StarVery nice and well trained employees. Vision works has the latest equipment to help with your eye care. I found details about my eyes I wasn’t aware of through the exams. Great selection of glasses. I bought a pair last Tuesday and went 7 days later to purchase a backup pair!
