I actually cannot express how great of an experience I had at Visionworks today. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of traffic and Addison still managed to fit me in quickly when I arrived. Dr. K was incredibly sweet when I was a bit dramatic about the dilation eye drops and answered any questions I had. When it came time to pick out glasses, Tim and Terrence gave me AMAZING customer service. Tim even fixed the glasses I currently have while I browsed! They were patient and helped me weigh my options honestly, even when I was considering getting glasses somewhere else. They were able to work with me to get an amazing deal and even stayed after closing to do so. I walked out feeling confident and happy— I’ll never go anywhere else!

It has been years since I went to get my eyes examined. I am so very happy I selected this place for my exam and glasses. They were amazing from check in! I get stupidly nervous about eye exams and felt so comfortable here, with everyone. I would most definitely recommend this location and staff to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at my appointment today. From the moment I walked in everyone was really friendly & helpful. It’s been a few years since I got new frames & Tim Torrez really helped me out. He was very patient with me even when I took forever to pick the perfect frame & gave me all possible price scenarios every time I changed my mind on something. Needless to say, I’m very excited to wear my new frames!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Visionworks Mesa Grand! I was able to make an appointment online, had little to no wait time before seeing the doctor and was in and out within 35 minutes. Dr. Kay is very kind and professional. She was thorough, informative, and made sure I was aware of different contact options that would work for my astigmatism. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they never disappoint, everyone is really helpful and love the environment they build here. Everyone really takes their time to make you feel welcomed and heard, I really recommend to come here. They have great prices and lots of fun styles to choose from.
