I wasn't expecting to get an appointment the same day I checked online. The staff was amazing. The young lady who checked me in was the nicest person ever. The Dr & The young man who started the initial exam. Then we have Saint his name fits his personality. I would definitely come back and recommend everyone I know to visit.

My experience at the Visionworks located off of Dobson was great! The associates provided excellent customer service, they explained my purchase and insurance options clearly. The staff worked well together. There are a variety of options in the store. I feel that my needs were better served at this store than at the Visionworks at the Superstition Mall.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Alex who checked me in for my appt and did the initial testing was fabulous, super helpful and a joy to talk with. The exam was good and checkout was seamless. I'll definitely be going back again!

I received amazing customer service yesterday and wanted to give a shout out to Brandi! I was in a real pickle and she was able to work a miracle for me regarding my husband’s glasses. They have such a great selection and wonderful quality. I highly recommend the one time replacement coverage they offer. My only frustration is their phone answering system “Willow”. Sometimes it’s impossible to speak with a human being if you have a unique problem. It’s better to just go into the store. I’m hoping they get a new phone system or fix the one they have
