Overall, the doctor gets an A+ because she knows her job really well, you feel confident that she is going to get your prescription right the first time, she goes above and beyond to ensure that your eyes are healthy, she is very professional and courteous and answers all your questions. The front office staff gets a D because you should know what kind of products your company sells and doesn’t sell, and most important of all you should know that you do not conduct an eye exam while a patient is still wearing their contacts. You also should not express openly your frustration with customers and giggle behind the desk at TikTok videos you are watching while on the clock. I would strongly advise management to ensure that employees are properly trained and that they understand what kinds of corrective eyewear their company sells and does not sell. Also, it’s important that the front end staff conducts themselves in a professional manner to ensure that the atmosphere of the location is a positive one for customers. Laughing at customers or expressing, openly, your frustration with them behind their backs is highly unprofessional.

So very pleasant nice helpful the staff was the best I have ever worked with in my 50 years. But the prices are an outrageous amount. Suppose to be 50% off sale and I was charged 1400.00 for 3 pairs of glasses. And my invoice shows I saved 1300. So 3 pairs would have been 2700.00 no way that is rediculous. To me the price was higher than a full price from anywhere else. Not at all happy with that

Loved my experience here. I was greeted at the door and easily made a walk-in appointment for the next day. They have a great selection of eyeglasses as well. My appointment with the doctor was amazing, humorous and knowledgeable. And I found some excellent frames to express my character. 👓

Place is great, Michelle helped me intercept/reorder an order I originally placed, then cancelled. She went above and beyond by reaching out to the lab where my frame were and she was able to have them hold it and proceed with the original request. Her action helped me save time by not having to wait for the frames to be returned. Finally the team at the store is welcoming and all have a positive attitude.

Dr. Paulin has tested my eyes for years ... very knowledgeable and professional .. and accurate with her prescription. She also first caught an issue my ophthalmologist, and she, has since been monitoring. I trust her with my overall eye health monitoring. Staff at front office and techs (initial monitoring and eye checks on their machines) were very friendly and professional. I appreciated the care they took to make sure the machines my face touched as part of the eye exam was disinfected and wiped clean in my presence.
