Love this Visionworks location. Always super helpful, even after purchasing. Tim Torrez specifically helped me out with adjusting and tightening up my frames 2 years after buying my sunglasses and glasses. Good service all around.

I have been going to Visionworks for many years. Last week I had my eyes examined to get contacts and glasses. My insurance provided $200 to use for either one. After wearing the sample contacts for a day I realized I probably should cancel the contact order and get glasses instead. The doctor indicated that contacts would give me reading or distance, not both. I called the store on the very same day and spoke to a gentleman who said he could give the information to an associate who would call me back, most likely in the morning. I didn't receive a call so I called the next afternoon and explained I would need to cancel the contacts and order glasses. I was told that they couldn't cancel due to the order had already been sent in. I was then told I need to bring the contacts to the store once I received them so I could return them and get the money I paid out of pocket. However, the money used from my insurance wouldn't be available until 30 to 90 days. What kind of system would be so antiquated as to not be able to cancel an order on the very same day, and then to hold my insurance money for up 90 days? In the meantime, I still need to get glasses ordered, which I will need to wait for the insurance money.

I really liked the doctor and associates. The doc was great and the associates took t the e time to help me with my old pair of glasses. In this day and age when a lot of employees don't seem to care, this was a breath of fresh air.

Tim Torrez and the crew were awesome. Tim went out of his way to make sure I received the exact product I wanted. He also ensured my insurance was lined up correctly and that if I was eligible for any coupons those were applied. I will be back. Everyone at this store is awesome!

This is my single star review in a long time. This place is outright disrespectful. I have been here twice once for the appointment and the other day to pick the glasses. On the day of appointment, the doctor everyone is good but the lady who takes order for the glasses was really biased. She just asked me to go pick the glasses and come, while there was another man where she stood up went and explained the glasses, saw what worked for him and took care. What was that? The day of the pickup I walk in she sees me and not once she smiles or greets completely ignores me while she's attending another customer. I understand but a pleasant smile would not hurt her. I wait patiently for 10 min with no one to even ask, I just leave and she doesn't care. I am sorry you just ruined my day, I can't be your customer and I suggest to avoid this place. PS: called to talk to manager or owner but couldn’t reach.
