I went to you back in early February I had a great deal through Groupon and figured I would come in, as I was well past due time, I have to say the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and greeted me as I came in. When the Dr. was ready for me he was very blunt, rough I could say with his way of speaking and posture. As the appointment continued he was even judgmental about the glasses I had and the prescription given to me. I didn't say anything as I knew the deal I was getting was unbeatable. Today 3 months months later I called in to get my prescription information and the same nice guys at the front desk answered, needless to say he kept his cool gave me some yet not all information I needed for my prescription as supposedly he wasn't allowed to give out the information. Not only did he not give me the information but he wanted to charge me additional money to get my lenses replaced due to the UV peeling/melting and said it was my fault I have never had a UV problem in the past with my previous glasses and yet he continued to say that with the amount of money I paid what was to be expected I wouldn't go to or even refer Optical Experts. Thanks again for the bad service I will be contacting BBB as well.

Had my eye exam a couple years ago. He lets you know what he thinks is best and I am grateful for that . He introduced me to he concept of one lens for distance and one for reading . I've never used reading glasses since. Unfortunately for me, he has moved to the east valley.
