They don't have their pharmacy hours posted so I thought I'd post a picture. My boyfriend goes here. The doctors don't seem interested in his care. Location is nice n close and the front staff is nice. Wish they cared more. Pharmacist Lilly I believe is her name. Is amazing. Hands down nicest and most helpful person in the clinic. Maybe even in my Healthcare experience in general.

Great experience from a patient perspective. One stop shop (Providers, Lab, & Pharmacy) in one location. Facility is new and clean. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Clinic is also on EPIC so it's easy to connect to the MyChart app to manage my care directly without waiting all day on the phone. Dr. Signh is an awesome provider and thorough with the care of his patients.

i aways dread going to the doctor but this was by far the best experience i’ve had with a medical office. the front desk person, the medical assistant and the NP were all so sweet and helpful. i will be telling my friends to come here!

ValleyWise has very nice people to help you. Help you get tricked into things that are not covered by insurance I went to see a great physician named Singh. He referred me to a class nutrition class at the “OFFICE”. Office visit? Right No they billed me almost $200.00 for a nutrition class and coded as out patient service. Absolutely NOT trying to help you get a cure they are making customers Doing things to make extra money. No body let me know that this class was going to be ABSURDLY COSTLY. I also paid a office visit co-pay. IF YOU GO HERE… it’s unfortunate I have to say this ASK THEM ABOUT EVERY SINGLE COST RELATED TO YOUR VISIT EVEN IF IT SEEMS ROUTINE AND RECOMMENDED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN

I was at Valleywise a few days ago they Called me at 5 o'clock in the evening on Thursday, saying, if I wanted to appeal a court order.I had to be seen in the next seventy two hours and I said okay. Then they told me they will call me tomorrow to see what time they can get me in tomorrow. I explained to him that I work. And it's not that easy for me just to take off. They did call me the next day. And in fact, I took the day off of work, losing money and a possible write up so I could hurry into valleywise. I'm not sure if they're supposed to call you a week or 2 in advance rather than a few hours in advance, but I only had a few hours. Notice. Explained to the only psychologist at the 950 Main Street location. That the medication that I have never been on in my life until I went to valleywise was hurting me and making me feel like i have never felt before i have never felt this bad in my life and kept explaining this to the Doctor In a very calm and put together manner as I always am... not only did he say he was not going to take me off of it, he told me he wanted to give me a shot of it monthly The way I feel on this medication is absolutely horrible. I've never felt like this in my life. He didn't really give me a choice to take my lab work meaning blood, to make sure that I had the levels in my system even though I kept explaining to him that the medication was physically immensely hurting me because I was not adjusting to it good. I have been on this medication for 3 months. I gave it a good go and it is not working for me. I'm not sure how many times you need to tell a doctor in psychiatry That a medication is not working for you. I'm willing to try other medications to see what works for me. I'm the one that seeked out medication management for myself. And now they're acting like they are the ones in complete charge. I do not understand and I keep repeating this. I know how you can tell a Doctor that something is hurting you a certain medication and they don't immediately take you off and switch to a different medication. I'm trying to help myself and they completely go against you.And I explained that to him, verbatim and I kept repeating myself so that he could try to understand the position that i was coming from. He actually even said to me. You don't want to go back to the hospital? Do you like it was a threat if you are smart. Check out valley. Wise meaning, go to the hospital and spend a few days there. Before you decide this is your clinic. You will see exactly what I mean. From the nurses to the staff. Not all are bad, but there are some things that definitely need to be changed about this medical staff and how they treat you. DO NOT CHOOSE VALLEYWISE FOR YOUR mental health needs
