Great experience on my end, staff was very helpful. I had a extended meeting, and the representative was willing to help reschedule my visit same day. The optometrist took the time to educate me on my vision issues, and even went as far as to look into the specific brands that may be most beneficial. This location is definitely going to be my "go to" for the foreseeable future.

A doctor in Arizona has the ability to choose the length an eye prescription lasts. I walked in this morning and the woman at the front desk lied and said Arizona requires a new prescription after one year. The Eye Center chose 1 year in order to maximize profits on eye exams. I lost my glasses last week and am currently driving around AZ without glasses because they refused to sell me a replacement pair. It has been a few months past THEIR preferred date. Does it really make sense to let someone drive without glasses instead of selling them a pair that is clearly better than their own eyes? I won't be coming back and I recommend you find another provider unless you want an office more concerned with money than safety.

I came into your office on 11/12/21 and had an eye exam done and than selected out a pair of frames. UPC # "891160061242" . I Picked up the glasses on 11/19/21 and was not told nor does it state on the receipt anywhere that the glasses cannot be returned if the frames do not work well or the lenses don't work due to glare, brightness or reflection issue's... I paid over "$320" dollars to get a pair of glasses that should have been a quality replacement for my existing pair. I was not told that if they did not feel right or they hurt my eyes more than my existing pair that I would have to pay more than the initial cost for the repair to make them convenient and comfortable to wear. I would like to just be able to return them for the proper adjustment to be made without an additional cost on my end. I have talked with your customer service representatives in store, and to your optometrist as well and none willing to help. This is not fair or right to me " The Customer" that I have trusted you to get me a pair of lenses that would feel better on my eyes. The customer service that I received was unacceptable and not deserving to be awarded in any fashion. The person who told me in a very rude fashion to have a good day while I was leaving deserves to be terminated as that's one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. Please do the right thing and help get this issue resolved If this place was near a highway would consider this "Highway Robbery"

I have been going to the Eye Center since 2006, so you know I am pleased with their services. The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Stacy takes the time to explain, and answer all my questions. Also, after wearing glasses for 66 years, I have finally found lens quality that I am thrilled with! The Eye Center introduced me to Hoya lenses which are amazing,

My experience was great at the Eye Center. Everyone was friendly and professional. The appointment was fast and easy. The doctor corrected the angle of my glasses to suit my astigmatism which is something that no one has done before. I haven't recieved my glasses yet so I am not sure how long it will take or the quality of the lenses but I'm sure it will be great. Typical 2 week wait for prescription. There was a good selection of glasses.
