My whole family has been going to this Target optical for many years. Dr. Clanton is wonderful. Corrine and Iris are the best at their job. They are helpful, kind and very knowledgeable! I love their honesty when I'm choosing my frames!

10/10 experience. Both my wife and I had to get checkups and prescriptions updated. Everyone on Friday (5:30 appointment on 3/15) was a pro and so nice. From check in, to eye measurements to sitting with the doctor. Very smooth process and warm hospitality. We are happy to choose this location close to home and seeing friendly faces.

I am aware that if I bring outside frames in and have them sent to the lab that they are not responsible for breaking them. Cool. But I didn’t think if I sent my frames in they would be “lost.” I use that word in quotes because I don’t think they were “lost” I think someone stole them. As irresponsible as the world seems to be lately and not care about other peoples property…I think your rule of not being responsible is reasonable if the lab accidentally breaks them. I get that. They don’t provide the frames and can’t just get a backup frame. But this, this is absolutely atrocious service. It sucks that our society is so selfish that no one cares about each other anymore (or other peoples property). I go to target because I find them to be one of the last honest big box stores. Now I’m at a loss. Oh also…the lab cancelled my order on the 2nd. For a frame of reference, I placed my order in store and gave them my frames on 12/18. Yesterday (now being 1/10) I heard nothing back. So I called and found out the lab cancelled my order on the 2nd. Literally NO ONE was going to call me or notify me of the situation. I’ve noticed that these days you get to do everyone’s job for them for free (not get paid). I shouldn’t be surprised because this is how the world is now. So it sounds like you all were just going to sit on my money and not even tell me how irresponsible you were. Target, you are an absolute disappointment to me. Thank you for absolutely nothing but putting the cherry on top for the horrible day I had yesterday. I hope you’re proud of yourselves. I am going to be copying and pasting this message and sending it around. Have a fantastic day.
