Y eye exam was extremely thorough! I loved how the doctor took his time with me and explained everything! He had amazing images that were used to show me exactly what my eye looks like. He went over ways to detect certain issues and educated me on how early detection is very important and things you can do when there are issues. I highly recommend this location! The doctor was very nice, he had a positive attitude, you can tell he genuinely cares!

The people there are so friendly and explained things very well. I felt like I mattered, like we where family!! They worked with us on what was covered and what wasn't covered. My kids felt very comfortable there and where so patient with all of the inquisitive questions. There are so many frames to pick from it was easy to find something that was covered under insurance just had to pay for a few upgrades!

First time with Sun Valley Eyecare and I will be returning annually. Dr. Pham was amazing he spends the time with you and goes over your eyecare results in length. Made me as a first time patient feel like I have been with him a long time. The Front office staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a wonderful eyecare experience.

Dr. Pham was great. Very thorough, and encourages you to ask questions and take your time. The technicians that processed me and helped me with glasses were helpful and very nice! Zero complaints from me.

My eye issues are not at all straightforward, but Dr. Charlotte really took the time to find the best solution for me, taking into account my lifestyle and preferences. She did a really careful and considerate assessment, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend, these guys really do care about finding the right solution, not just processing you and selling to you.
