Troy Smith2 StarThis location is extremely busy. Kind of felt like cattle being herded thru a maze. I have what I consider a life changing condition. With that being said, I am lucky to get 5 minutes with my Doctor. I've had at least 4 visits so far. My last was by far the worst. My 4 week follow after major eye surgery allowed my less than a 5 minute session.
And I quote. " you're going to need cataract surgery, no you can't travel & I'll see you in 2 weeks" and just that fast he was gone.
The staff associations are nice enough & I really like the bubbly woman in billing. Just struggling with my eye doctor. Just my personal experience.Friday 17th May 2024
Marco Antonio Cuyar5 StarI recently had a severe retinal bleed which required surgery. Everyone from Michelle (my surgery counselor), the surgery scheduler, and the operating room staff were amazing (I was a bit under so I cannot remember everyone I would like to thank but I remember Prudence who explained the surgery and what was going to happen, Carla, R.N. who was my post-op nurse and took really good care of me and even walked me to my friend's car, Paul - the awesome anesthesiologist and finally Dr. Adelberg who did an amazing job - as always. I'm still healing but I am starting to see where I could not before out of my eye. You are ALL great! Thank you so much!Friday 10th May 2024
Mia Hillery2 StarThe location was great for me, as it is walking distance, but this is about the only positive about my experience. Checking in was completely automated, even though there were people sitting at the front desk. I wasn't completely informed about their payment process, despite having specifically asking. Dr. Pew must have just came back from lunch because both his hands and breath smelled horrible. Never going back.Wednesday 24th January 2024
Lisa Cupps2 Stari didn't care for the impersonal fact of inputting data on a screen when i walked in instead of being greeted and helped by an employee. I enjoyed Justin but I did not appreciate the short , curt extremely brief time i got to see the doctor. I had serious concerns and he seemed to dismiss them. I also wanted him to tell me how serious are the cataracts that he said I have and i was very disappointed that he could not give me my prescription so i could order new lenses and frames and he did not even tell me if my eyes are worse or if i need a new prescription. I was disappointed with the doctor!Saturday 4th May 2024
