First time at this eye clinic and it was a great experience! I am typically a nervous patient at the eye doctor and Dr. Steven Labroff made me feel calm and explained everything so well! Receptionist/assistance was very friendly and kind. I am very happy with this clinic and recommend them to all.

Made an appointment online for contact lenses, which was super easy. Everyone and I mean everyone was awesome! I don’t care what the other reviews say, this place is great! Dr. Steven was super cool and gave me time to pick my contact colors. Heidi was patient with me, did some of my pre-exams. Heather checked me out and took the time to calculate how much everything would cost me. All in all after insurance I paid $50 for the eye exam and 5 boxes of contacts. While waiting for Heather to calculate, Chandler helped me replace my nose pads for my glasses and tighten things up. She also said my current frames come in red if I ever wanted to change things up. I am beyond happy with the service here!!

Was lucky enough to make a same day appointment! Staff was so nice! I was greeted as soon as the door opened. This was my first time getting my eyes checked in 20+ years and they helped me understand everything. (They also have amazing brands!) Everyone there was really amazing, sales, reception, doctor, nurse. Oh, and we made a new word! Bluzzy! You know, burry and fuzzy. HAHA!

The whole team was extremely nice and the doctor was genuinely worried about my eyes. It has been 10 years since I have seen a specialist; other doctors have been interested in my eyes, but once I tell then I saw a specialist years ago and I am fine, they move on. This doctor felt that technological improvements have been substantial and it was worth seeing a specialist. I felt like he actually cared. The whole team was nice, focused on my care, and efficient. I finally have an eye doctor I intend to keep.
