Waited with my 89 year old FIL for his appointment. They got him back 20 minutes late, and kept him back there for over an hour. Not impressed AT ALL. This is not the best treatment for eldery individuals and the people that care for them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The doctor did a very kind thing for my grandma and approving a prescription for glass because she is without, and in a living facility and is not mobile. From that purchase a MONTH ago the optician and staff have been atrocious. They never know what is going on. I have yet to get my grandmother glass and when I call for an update they never call back. All I would like is for my grandmother's glasses so she can get back to enjoying life and reading her scriptures.

Dr. Baier is great! She took the time to answer all my questions patiently and seemed to really care. You could tell she read through my chart before meeting with me. The office was nice and clean as well.

i’ve been here 3 times now. each time everyone has gotten more and more passive aggressive and condescending. i typically don’t go to doctors of any kind due to financial reasons, and my experiences here were borderline traumatic for someone who doesn’t typically go to doctors. dr baier did *try* to save the appointment by the end, but the damage had been done. i will never go back. i will never recommend this office. none of the “professionals” at this location know how to speak to people with empathy and respect.
