Gina is awesome, she truly helps you find glasses you like and will help you rather than trying upselling you on designer frames. I had my glasses in 6 days when I was told 7-12 days. Cristanna Sturtevant3 StarThe staff member who helped me pick out my glasses was superb! I think his name was Mark. I can't say enough good things about him. I wish I could say the same thing about the doctor that I saw. When I had questions and concerns about my eyesight, Dr. Young actually said "We are pressed for time." She didn't have time to answer all my questions even though I told them when I was making the appointment that I had concerns beyond just a routine eye exam. She genuinely seemed annoyed with me for having questions. As a new patient, this made me quite upset. I hope the other doctors in this practice are a little more adept at responding to their patient's concerns.Tuesday 13th February 2024
