NATURE OF ALL THINGS5 StarI went to this place with my mom for her follow up on her cataract surgery and they took great care of her. The place was clean and organized well. They also have free Wi-Fi for people to use while waiting. The only complaint was it was hot and stuffy when I was there waiting. Think the air condition was broken or something. Terry Rutan5 StarDr. Grant gave me the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. Everyone in the office was friendly and caring. I went to my appointment with a concern for one of my eyes. I left there feeling very confident that I had nothing to worry about. I would definately recommend Dr. Grant for anyone that is concerned about their vision.Saturday 25th May 2024
Rebecca Bell1 StarPositives: They did get us in same day - at a different location. The staff and the Dr. in particular, were very pleasant and calm. However, we arrived early - since we were being "fit in" and we WAITED 90 minutes+ PAST our appointment time before we even got called back. EVERYONE was waiting... and no staff said a word, no communication. No apology. As a result, I would not refer my family or friends there. Edit: we paid CASH on day of service. I confirmed and reconfirmed that we would not be billing insurance and what the Cash rate was. I also confirmed that when we returned for a Post Op check, there would be no additional fees. When my husband returned, they tried to force him to pay $161.80 before he would be seen for the Post Op. When I called to confirm what we had previously been told the desk person was oblivious and said it must have been a posting error and that my husband (who had left) could return to be seen - which took another 90 minutes. Then I got a bill in the mail, sent to an address that was 3 years old (I did not give them this address) for that same $161.80! Disgusting experience. It does not matter how good the doctor was or how nice the staff was - we will never return and I would actively tell my family and friends to find somewhere else.Saturday 6th April 2024

The optometric assistants were wonderful, knowledgeable and had quite the personality. We laughed most of our time together. The Dr was kind and informative.
