Leann Darrow5 StarDr David Spande is an excellent Dr and did a thorough exam. He listened and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had some difficult issues with my eyes and he took the time to help me figure out the best approach for me to get the most optimal vision possible. Jeremy White5 StarNeeded some help with my glasses and gave them a call to see if they could help. Crystal answered and was very helpful over the phone and advised for me to come in and get my situation with my glasses fixed. When I walked in she remembered me immediately and went right to work! I wasn’t even done checking out their amazing inventory and she was done before I knew it! My glasses are as good as new and I will be using these folks again for all my eyesight needs and will be recommending this location to family and friends. nichole johnson1 StarMade an appointment last week on Friday for today for my son. Received a phone call today three hours before my appointment wanting to cancel my appointment with no other options from them because I only had the primary insurance provider member ID and not the name, which I was waiting and hoping to receive before the appointment that information was out of my control, and apparently too much work for them. I was only told I needed the ID number, either way no one deserves to be treated with such unkind tonality and without patience. Through Crystal and Elaine, this was a terrible phone customer service representative experience that I would not want anyone to ever have gone through this unnecessary stress of dealing with. I highly recommend avoiding this location after my experience on the phone with those two representatives. That just shows me the kind of customer service I would get in person as well. Going to another location since our secondary insurance only goes through nationwide, and would highly recommend to avoid this location. Hope this helps others avoid a terrible first time experience.
I only wrote this review because I want people to know that those high star ratings don't always show every experience and you can sometimes have a terrible experience at a place that may seem good but it is not always.Monday 13th November 2023

I’ve been to many Nationwide, the location on Higley and Baseline I HIGHLY recommend. The Only downside was lack of selection. The front desk staff was amazing!Friday 1st September 2023
