Hallie Marr5 StarThe customer service at Nationwide Vision on Ellsworth is outstanding! Dianne at the front desk has gone above and beyond and out of this world to help me and my family. She has been a blessing to us. Crystal also went above and beyond and through the universe to help me as well. Dianne and Crystal were patient, kind, professional, helpful and absolutely amazing. Crystal helped me pick out the cutest glasses! And helped to ensure I got my rebate. Dianne helped me reschedule and reschedule my appointments and was always so helpful whenever I needed anything. Dr. Bywater is THE BEST as well! 10 Stars! THANK YOU ALL!!! We will be customers for LIFE!Thursday 30th May 2024
jenn cavinder5 StarI came in with my 8year old Everyone was so patient and kind they found several glasses for her to choose from and helped her pick one but then the next morning she wanted to change her mind. I took her back in right when they opened and it was not a problem they called and cancled the original pair and ordered her the ones she wanted.Friday 8th December 2023
Charlene Rodriguez5 StarFirst time going here. My son got his eye exam and glasses. Crystal was wonderful! With my son having ASD, her and rest of the ladies were caring and understanding with his sensory issues with glasses. They did everything to make sure he walked out that door smiling and that’s exactly what my son did. Smiled leaving and soooo happy with his new glasses! I highly recommend this place. Amazing customer service. Thank you again Crystal & team for all your help!Saturday 28th October 2023

Christine Hudgins3 StarMy 21 year old son and I set up appointments at Nationwide. Overall our experience was good, we really liked Dr. Ryan, he explained things very well and definitely took his time. The reason I took off two stars is because my son is a college student and works full time, when he checked out for his contacts (I was in the exam room) they charged him double. When I got home I asked him how much his bill was and he said over $800. I said that wasn't possible. The next day I called the Queen Creek office and a girl answered and told me their phones aren't working, so all their calls are going to the Chandler location. I told her what was happening and she really couldn't help me. You could tell she wanted to get off the phone because someone was there to get their glasses fixed and she was doing all she could to get me off the phone. I asked her how was I supposed to get a hold of the QC office if their phones aren't working, she suggested I drive down there. Really? I have a full time job, their office overbilled my son and now they want me to drive down their to rectify it. I asked her if she has a cell phone or an email that she could get a hold of someone at the QC office, so that I didn't have to drive down there. She said she supposed she could email them and ask them to call me. A day or so later someone called me, but I missed the call. She left a voice mail stating that their phones still weren't working and she'd call me again in an hour to get my son's debit card number because they overcharged him $414 and they needed to refund him. It's now 2 days later and no one has attempted to call me back, their phone number is still not working and they sent me this email asking to leave feedback about my experience. Well here it is, not so good. Still waiting for my son to get his money back.Sunday 11th June 2023
