Roulette Genie2 StarExcept Kelly all the front staff are very very rude. Isabella who starts your eye exam and the doctor are pleasant and professional. The other ladies are cold and ego driven. I went in to purchase glasses I had seen previously and the lady would rather empty the garbage then assist me. They need a whole new sales staff besides Kelly. I have been in sales over 50 years - you should hire me, I’d show you how to appreciate customers. Went to LensCrafters where I paid more however I was treated professionally.Friday 31st May 2024
Donna Andrews5 StarThis location is outstanding! I ordered my glasses and found out I needed cataract surgery. They were very understanding and allowed me to cancel my order. In the meantime the glasses came in because of timing. They let me keep the glasses. I will be going back after my surgery to get a new pair. Mark1 StarOverpriced, terrible customer service. I inquired as to why I'm now in paperless billing and have new bill after I paid in full. I was told not to worry about the bill and ignore it they would look into it. I also wanted to know why I was now enrolled in paperless billing and to change it back.
I was told they do not know or understand how that is done and kept referring to my credit card and that there was no way they could not check my account for the paperless billing change.
My family will be going elsewhere after going here for several years.Wednesday 24th January 2024

Edwin Balder1 StarThis office lost my medical records so did not konw I had past eye issues and then said they don't use my insurance firm after I first caleed and told they did( like they did the last visit where they took my insuance). Outside of getting a very over-priced pair of glassed do not go here even for just a checkup...if they can not be trusted with keeping your records on file how can one can trust hem at all!Tuesday 14th May 2024
