funwithperidot1 StarKathryn, the one who was helping me, was inconsiderate and acted as if she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't explain the machines to me and when I got blasted with a puff of air in my eye she didn't seem apologetic at all. When going through what my insurance covers, her manager had to explain everything to her. We've had issues with kathryn before and she hasn't changed at all. Everyone there was rude and treated me as if I shouldn't have even come in. The manager talked to me like an idiot and didn't even know what time they closed that day. The Dr was weird and made me uncomfortable. He seemed like he didn't even wanna be there. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome here. I never want to come back and will not be recommending this place to anyone.Tuesday 16th April 2024

We are always made to feel welcome and are contacted when necessary for maintenance. They answer our questions and help us make cost effective decisions.
