Jess Hayes1 StarThe staff has no clue what they're doing. The doctors aren't any better. They did not order the correct lenses for my husband. Had no clue had to order replacement glasses for my son. They also overcharged my husband and i'm still waiting for a phone call back from the manager regarding that. They never answer the phones or return a phone call. I do not recommend this office at all.Monday 6th May 2024

Sonya Flores1 StarI've been coming here for a while for myself and my kids, the staff is just getting worse and worse and to top it off the one good provider they had, left! I only keep giving them a chance because I live near by but I'm willing to travel cuz this is just ridiculous! Their so rude, don't care about the patients and NEVER answer the phone. My son had been waiting OVER 3 weeks for his glasses and still nothing, I go to call today to check status and their CLOSED on a Thursday at 11am!!! That's crazy!!! I don't ever do reviews but at this point I feel like not only a review is good enough, I feel like calling corporate or the BBB!!!!!!!!Thursday 15th February 2024
Aerika Ashley1 StarNo one EVER answers the phone . Staff are horrible! They seem like they hate to be there. Super unfriendly and not welcoming. Was told they were in network but not a preferred provider then had me fill out a out of network form. It's been 18 days since they placed the order for my glasses and haven't got them yet. The lady finally answered the phone after a ton of tries, then advised she would call to see what's going on and never called back. Been going here since I was a little girl and now in my 30s.
