Ariane Lee5 StarI had my first eye exam with Dr. Kessler today. The experience from beginning to end was exactly how you would want an appointment to be. The entire staff was openly friendly, with each one of the women greeting me with a hello when I entered. The paperwork was easy and to the point. The exam was professional and exceptionally thorough from the tech who did the initial screening (thank you so much for answering all my questions!) to Dr. Kessler himself. He is friendly and approachable and I didn't feel hesitant to ask questions. He explained everything he did (and WHY, which is just as important to me), along with my results, and his directions to me on my contact wear were concise and easy to understand. They even had an option to have my contacts shipped to my house, saving me a trip back to the office. Although I primarily wear contacts, their frame selection is AMAZING...there's so many fun/colourful/tasteful styles they carry, you don't see the same 4 styles of frame over and over again just with different brand logos on them. As someone who thinks glasses should be an accessory like jewelry, having such a wide range in options is refreshing and welcome. I had such a positive experience that from the moment I entered, I immediately felt welcomed and knew that I was in excellent care. In addition, their office was very clean, organized and they used the highest quality in eye care products. Maria Miranda5 StarI have been a patient of Maury Kessler for over a decade. He and his staff are professional, and curtious. He takes time to explain and answer questions, as do each of the employees whether part of the exam or eyeglass fitting. I recommend him to all my co-workers, and I am aware of at least one co-worker that changed eye care insurance to remain under Dr. Kessler's care.Friday 3rd January 2020
