While we had issues with the backend of LensCrafters (lab operations specifically), I will say Ben at the Fashion Square LensCrafters is really amazing. I cannot recall the young lady’s name with the geometric glasses, I think it starts with an M, but she is wonderful as well. We had a unique situation and Ben was SO patient with finding us solutions. After the lab made an untimely mistake, he still went out of his way to try to fix it and make it right. Even after we realized we would need to go another direction entirely and not use LensCrafters (reasons outside their control), Ben STILL was understanding, empathetic, patient, kind, and invited us back should we need anything. Further still, even with the not-so-great side of things that was just a bummer situation, I would still go back to this location and recommend this location to others if Ben is there. Totally sounds like a planted review and I get that, but it’s not. I was pretty upset honestly, and the support was really great to the point where I’m still giving a 5-star review and I’d still go back.

I came into LensCrafters with broken sunglasses and the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted with so much warmth. Rachel- one of the workers quickly came up to me and asked how she could help. She later offered a special repair for my sunglasses and took the best care of them. She repaired something that I thought would never be fixed and did a perfect job. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you again Rachel for the help!

Ben at Lens Crafters was informative and a tremendous help getting my new sunglasses to fit perfectly. I had no idea fitting made that much of a difference. The fitting and adjustment were free and I did it even buy my sunglasses there. Great experience.

Ben helped me out and gave me amazing service! I went in with a little bit of a tricky situation to try and fix my glasses and get new lenses but he was able to do it all and it just made my day! He was like a magician. I really appreciated his help and would definitely go back just to have him help me again! Thank you Ben!!

My husband and I have purchased five pair of prescription glasses recently at the Lencrafters in Scottsdale Fashion Square. mall. We bought them all from Benjamin because he was so helpful and knowledgeable He gave us good suggestions on frames that fit our faces. There was a large selection of frames to choose from too. I will recommend Benjamin and Fashion Square shop to all in need of eyewear.
