Pao Aqui5 StarFriendly staff - from the manager to the regular staff. Shoutout especially to Garrison! He has helped me numerous times and very knowledgeable. He always makes sure that you get the great deal and the best glasses that suit your needs. No matter how many questions you throw at him, he'd always responds in a very courteous and friendly tone. He is the epitome of customer excellence. If you need glasses, go this location and look for Garrison.Sunday 31st March 2024
Alyssa Karr5 StarLaKresha was wonderful and knowledgeable. She showed patience and kindness when I wasn't sure what style frame I was wanting. LaKresha was very thoughtful while guiding me through, what I feel is, a difficult decision. I will definitely be returning to see her when I'm due for another pair.Wednesday 17th April 2024

Hello again! Writing another review for a pretty nice place to get glasses imo. I think the price might be a turn off for some depending on how often you replace your glasses (me, I'm slowly losing vision but thats really the variable here so I never replace them between the typical 1-3 years I'm supposed to). The place was clean, there was a good bit of varibility to the selection and we came early! (Me, my mother and my brother) But it was only me and my mom actually getting exams and glasses/contacts. I decided to get glasses, she decided to get contacts. The eye exam was, for the most part typical. You will be taken to a room, they will run the typical eyeglass gambit utilizing a variety of different instruments to gauge how your eyes are along with a nifty new one that does not require you to get your eyes dilated! (be warned, it does require a flash of light so this could be problematic to those with those with epilepsy so be advised and definitely put that to the documents you will have to fill out before the appointment!) The company also seems to contract out doctors through DNA Eye Group but my appointment was with Doctor Li (I believe that was her name, I hope I remember that correctly!) and she was very courteous and polite but equal parts knowledgeable just the same. My vision, as I believed, has decreased and needed more intense lenses but I am proud to say I can wear custom contacts! (I have a bad astigmatism in my right eye) But I opted for lenses! Either way, without insurance, that cost me about 100$ which I thought was pretty neat but again, cost variability is relative. What I might think is a good price might not be for some! (I also paid out of pocket) The glasses were fairly expensive as well but after two promotions later, I walked about with my glasses costing about 440ish. They had all the bells and whistles but, of course, I do not really switch my glasses often so I am more than fine paying that amount for glasses I will probably have for the next 4 or so years. The lens are sapphire, they are also anti-reflective and are transitions as well. Since I would normally be wearing really thick lenses to my glasses but ordered a bottomless frame, I had the size of the lens compressed. Garrison, the salesperson who was helping me pick out my frames, was pretty awesome. I must have asked multiple people which frames looked good and there was variability in that but I picked out a pair I liked and they were all helpful toward that. This, ultimately with the cost of the frame being 163 dollars, contributed to the total cost of 446 dollars. So Tl;dr: Cost is meh, selection relative to store size is pretty good (I actually found glasses I liked which is surprising given that I actually do not like wearing glasses), staff was polite and accommodating, the time spent for it all was about 1 hour from test to ordering. If you have read through all of this, I do appreciate the time spent! Please enjoy voiding your bowels! JKJK!Wednesday 6th March 2024
Gunther Ultrabolt Novacrunch5 StarI took my 87 year old mother there. They were so amazing, so patient. So kind. My mother had thrown her glasses away. It turns out for good reason, she had had a lens implant that improved her vision to the point she didn't need glasses anymore. After the exam I couldn't find my wallet. They let me leave to go home and get it w/ out any side eye or suspicion. I found it (in my cargo pants) shortly after leaving and returned quickly to pay the very modest bill. I'm due for glasses and will be going there in the next couple days. I plan on getting 3 pair for myself.
Edit: Returned for myself and got 3 pair of glasses. 1 reading. 1 driving. One Progressive bifocal! LOVE THE SERVICE and the PRODUCT!!!Friday 23rd February 2024
