My puppy chewed my glasses but the lenses were still salvageable, so I came here. I wasn't sure what they could do to help me but Mauricio quickly and happily assisted me as soon as I arrived. I presented him with the mangled remnants of my glasses and explained the situation. He was able to immediately find a pair of stylish frames that I not only love the look of, but that fit my lenses perfectly too. He cleaned my lenses and made sure the left and right were in the correct place, plus warmed up the frames and made sure they were comfortable around my ears too. Also, I was able to use my Aetna vision insurance to cover part of the cost. I'll be scheduling my next eye appointment here for more contact lenses and probably new lenses for the new frames, but Mauricio provided me with a quick solution and quality product when I was in need of immediate assistance. I'm very grateful he was there, I had a problem that needed to be remedied quick, quicker than I could schedule an eye appointment, order new glasses, then wait to receive them. Also, he was extremely patient and friendly throughout the exchange. Life presents us with problems everyday, but I was able to take care of this small yet very important one with swiftness and ease. I visited the Arizona Mills location to try on a particular pair of frames. Although they weren’t the right fit, Bethany provided other options & helped me find a cute pair of glasses. There were other customers in the store that Bethany was helping at the same time; she was extremely personable and professional with all of us. Wonderful customer service.

I have been using this location at AZ. Mills mall since it opened almost 30 years ago. Today I was assisted by Adrian and Bethany. No one before Adrian made suggestions regarding frame choices. I really appreciated his opinion on what looked good, fit best and would work with my prescription. He really knows the finer points of customer service! Bethany was great with a 2nd opinion and making choices on the lenses, pricing etc. They are one dynamic team!

We had to bring our two toddlers. Everyone was accommodating and so kind to us and them. Kids can be antsy and they made us fee welcome from starting at the exam to checking out to pay by or glasses. Jasmine helped out sooo much with choosing frames and selecting the best options for our money.

Have been visiting the Arizona Mills LensCrafters for over 10 years. The young woman, I think her name was Bethany, was super helpful today and found me a frame that worked that she selected specifically for me but let me try several choices first. They always do an outstanding job and always have the latest cool frames. They get extra detailed getting measurements of your face and check to make sure you have a comfortable fit. A lot of other places I've tried don't do this. The guy I always would see when I went before retired, so that should tell you something!
