What a pleasant surprise to be a new patient at Insight! Dr. Heetland is a wonderful human. He is able to explain fine details in a way the patient understands and takes time to talk through your concerns. In a day where customer service is suffering, Dr. Heetland is a gem. The office staff is welcoming, genuine and an expert in their field. The office has a happy vibe to it, telling me they enjoy what they do and who they work with. It's so refreshing!

Right or wrong, I judge all doctors along with their staff. I found everyone there, including the doctor to be very professional, pleasant and kind. The staff seemed happy to be there and they were all friendly. I would give a thumbs up for my whole experience.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Heetland after leaving my previous eye doctor. The staff was very efficient and I didn't need to wait long to see the doctor. He took quite a bit of time going over everything with me and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I was very pleased with the experience. I definitely recommend this practice.

Everyone was nice, professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about eyes and eye care. Optometrist took time to review everything. Very reasonable pricing on glasses and lenses! Definitely returning next year!
