Becca Atkinson5 StarTook my 6 year old here for an appointment today and I was impressed! The tech was so calm with her and made her excited about going through the exam. Dr. Wood kept that same energy and explained everything to us as we went. My daughter was sized for glasses and is so excited to see better!

Eric5 StarI'm a new patient. My first visit was excellent. The entire experience could not have been better. I highly recommend Dr. Pravongviengkham. I can't remember the last time I had a thorough eye exam. He spent extensive time with me making sure everything was right and he answered all of my questions. Dr. Pravongviengkham is very friendly, attentive, and highly experienced. He actually cares. This office is the complete polar opposite of Southwestern Eye Center which is where I was going for about twenty years prior. I'm so glad I came here. So, refreshing.Wednesday 8th May 2024
tan wells5 StarGilbert Family Eye has been our go to for glasses and contacts for the past 10 years. We love Dr. Wood. He is very professional and thorough. Never felt like I was rushed along, and have never dealt with glasses not working out afterward. The staff is always helpful and nice. It's great to have a place that cares for their customers and isn't just trying to push you through. I made the mistake of going somewhere where there was a "deal", and I regretted that decision. The other company rushed me through (less than 30 minutes in and out the door) and got me a prescription that caused headaches.
So if you're looking for a great eye doctor who cares, ensures your prescription is great, and won't just rush you through, look no further than Gilbert Family Eye with Dr. Wood!

Dr. Woods is great at making you feel at ease and does an excellent job at explaining the results of your eye exam and any associated tests/evaluations. Shannon Kamp5 StarI had a very pleasant experience on my first visit ever with Dr. Richard wood. I felt very welcome and had a positive appointment with Dr.Wood. He made me feel as if my appointment was just as important to him, like it was to me. The staff at the check out desk was also very accommodating and informed me through txt as soon as my glasses arrived and were ready for me to pick up. All in all this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctors appointment.
