I really enjoy going in for my appointments. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas is awesome! She is so cool 😎 Genuinely nice and personable. Very easy to talk to and listens to any concerns you have. She’s professional and very, very knowledgeable. She makes you feel relax and I always get a thorough exam. I leave her office feeling good about my vision care!

Dr. Thomas is one of the coolest people I've ever met, who also happens to be extremely skilled as an optometrist. My wife and I have a blast chatting with her during our annual appointments - a doctor's appointment that I genuinely don't dread and look forward to when I see it getting closer on the calendar! If you're "shopping" for an optometrist or on the fence about which place to go with, follow these exact steps: schedule with Dr. Thomas at Gaze, go spend 73% more than anticipated on a Costco run immediately after, pick up some of those Siete chips during said Costco run and send them to me as a "thank you" gift for this free nugget of golden life advice. Everyone in the doctors office is exceptionally nice and you can definitely tell they care about helping people. Jeanette however in the glasses area has always been rude to my family and I. She always has an attitude and makes us feel dumb for asking questions. We have gone in twice and had her both times and my mom now swears that’ll be the last time we go to gaze optometry. As someone who works in customer service (front desk at a hotel), I can guarantee that her attitude towards customers is not normal at all!! I know if we had anyone else help us those two times we’d be back because the doctor is awesome, but we would rather go somewhere where we don’t feel stupid and belittled.

When I arrived at the counter Molly, the receptionist was very friendly. Then Dr. Thomas greeted me and was extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident that my eyes were being checked with a professional who displayed the experience I deserved. I had a very good experience with Gaze Optometry and will return for my next checkup.
