Dr. Page’s own vision struggles helped propel him into the optometry field. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of South Dakota and a Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, he launched his career in Phoenix.  But when his dad developed a hole in his right eye and lost his vision, Dr. Page was working at a location that was not equipped with the right technology to monitor his dad’s good eye. His dad said I would rather see my son. Thanks to his father’s backing Dr. Page launched Arizona’s Vision Eye Care Center in 1994. His father is now 94 years old and still has 20/20 vision in his good eye. 

From the beginning, the South Dakota native wanted to create a hometown, family feeling with old fashioned service, while also delivering a leading-edge eye care experience.
