Dr. Riley was amazing and took the time to explain the reason behind each test and examination. She was kind and patient and even funny at times. Her front office assistant was the absolute best! She let me try on at least 20 frames and even helped me narrow it down. I felt bad for being so picky but she assured me that my satisfaction with my choice of frame was important and she was happy to sterilize each set of frames I tried on. I will be permanently switching over to Dr. Riley specifically for this reason. Her customer service was the best.

Dr. John Riley was very informative about my eye exam. He answered all my questions with ease and was very professional and personable. On top of that he uses advanced technology to give a very thorough examination. I highly recommend his office for all folks concerned with eye health. And truly that should be all of us. Definitely not something to be taken for granted. They also have a great selection of frames and contact lenses. Thank you Dr. Riley and your wonderful staff who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. Will recommend your office to everyone I know.

Dr. Riley and his staff were excellent! Super kind and patient. Dr Riley himself took the time to explain things when I asked questions, was super personable, and just all around what you want to have in a doctor. Will definitely be seeing him again next year and all the years to come!

The doc was great, He helped me realize it wasn't necessarily my prescription that needed changed, but the brand of lens I was wearing. I am much happier in the new brand. He also took the time to explain the picture of my eye during the ye health exam. It was very comforting.

Dr and staff are great! Text reminders and phone calls are over kill. I received about 4 texts about the appointment and at least 2 calls in the 24 hrs before the appointment. As a medical provider I understand the importance of reminder messages but it was really too many. Thank you for the great service.
