I went here for the first time a few months ago for contacts and they took such great care of me! I went right in, they did their tests, chatted as my one year old was running around being a baby, and got me the right type of contacts to fit my needs. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reed to anyone looking for a friendly optometrist!

Best experience I've had! The exam was on point, i left knowing more about my eyes than i ever have before. Friendly and professional staff. Quick turn around, got my glasses within a week. The best part, they actually sit right on my face! The lady who adjusted the frame to sit right did it in one try! I've never had my glasses fit right. I couldn't reccomend this place more highly

I recently had a Temple break on a brand new pair of glasses. I called Nike for a replacement and they recommended this location to order a new temple. I called to see if they could order the replacement, and explained I did not purchase from them. I also explained Nike recommended them. The lady that answer said that wouldn't be an issue after I gave her the model number. I asked if they could order over the phone and was told I needed to come in. I explained I live 35min away and she said if I wanted to order I had to come in. When I arrived I was asked for my phone number to look up my account to order the temple. I explained I have never been here before and referenced the days past conversation. As soon as I said I was a new customer a lady come out from her office and said sorry those frames have been discontinued and she could not order parts. I told her Nike told me the opposite and they are still listed on their site for stores to order. I left the store and called Nike again and they said she could have order replacements for the frame. What I believe happened is she didnt want to deal with having to place an order for a customer who did not purchase frames there. I am ok with that but do not tell someone yes on the phone and make them drive 35min to turn them away. I will be avoiding this place in the future.

I felt that I received a very thorough eye exam and had all my questions answered in a clear and unhurried manner. The staff that I met seemed very friendly and professional. would recommend.

Been coming here since I was a kid, these guys feel like family. They're very sweet and on top of things. I wish all offices had staff like theirs.
