Always amazing customer service. I was in need of a new prescription and got my exam done right there by the independent optometrist and then found some new frames and placed my order. The new glasses came in really fast, well under a week. I had some issues with my right eyes near vision and no matter what we tried I could not focus. They allowed me to get completely new frames and lenses they would work better for my particular vision needs. The new pair arrived in under a week as well and are perfect. I have been using Costco optical for many years now and will continue to do so for their great customer support and great products.

What a great place! Gaze Optometry is the name of the eye doc business inside Costco Optical department and Dr. Thomas is fantastic. She and her staff are extroverted, courteous, approachable and thorough in their work! Highly recommend them. Affordable and great...with or without insurance!

Went in for an eye exam a month ago, but haven't returned yet to select frames. Just getting around to lauding Dr. Beebe for a thorough and methodical eye exam. She was punctual for the appointment, friendly, and took the time to explain the findings of her exam. I was very happy with the visit.

Was thinking about using them for my daughter and myself who usually get our lenses & contacts from Walmart. After being on hold for 17 mins & ending right back up with the front, let me know to go elsewhere. If I can’t even get respect as a new customer; I can only imagine the future. Atleast ask us our name instead of answering with a “please hold”.
