Bob5 StarAfter we switched insurance, the eye doctor we had been going to in Queen Creek would not accept it. When we found out Costco Vision in Queen Creek accepted it we decided to give them a try. What a stroke of luck! Making the appointment, having the exam, picking out and ordering the frames and lenses, and fitting and follow-up were all done cheerfully, professionally, and at a fraction of the cost previously spent. I cannot recommend this place more highly.Thursday 20th June 2024
Rich Keller1 StarAfter getting my prescription of new lens I stopped at the vision center. I purchased two new frames. One was for prescription sunglasses and the other for all around use. The lady said you will receive two text letting me know each pair of glasses are ready for pick up. As I remember she said it will take 10 days to 2 weeks. I finally after 2 weeks plus decided to call to check on the status. It might have been the same person that fitted me for glasses said oh yes they are here. I didn't even both to ask why I didn't receive a text notice.
I slipped the glasses on and I immediately thought these are killing me. I told her so, she looked at me to see if they were level across my eyes, I told her they are too tight. I told them off a couple of times and said they are still too tight. She didn't ask to see how they fit behind my ears, which is where they were gouging into my flesh. She said try them and see if they get better.
A week later I couldn't stand it any longer, so instead of going to QC Costco we drove to San Tan Village Costco. I told the lady "Katie" what was going on. She had me turn my head, so she could see how they fit behind my ears. She said no wonder they hurt. In just two mins she had them fitting like I couldn't even tell they were on my face. Thank you Katie from Gilbert Costco San Tan Village.
So, if you are looking for glasses just spend an extra 10 to 15 mins and drive to Costco in Gilbert.
In closing I want to make it clear: I'm rating the eye glass department NOT Eyes on QC Optical.Thursday 30th May 2024
