From helping verify my insurance coverage, to helping pick out frames explaining frame size for my face ( never knew it was a thing!) and which frames can be fitted better to my face! Laurie Woodcock5 StarDr. McClellan and the Oasis Eyecare staff at the Costco Sossaman and 60 location receives a 5 star rating because of their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dr. McClellan is persistent with trying to find and provide me the best contacts for my vision. She thoroughly discusses the issues regarding my astigmatism and the challenges that come with certain contacts/ brands, etc. She and her staff have been extremely kind and always communicated with me the wait time regarding appointments. Dr. McClellan is a friendly, compassionate Doctor who takes time with her patients to ensure the best product for your needs. The staff always informs you when your product arrives and even calls you to remind you of upcoming appointments. Other families who do not live near this Costco location, travel several miles just to have Dr. McClellan care for them and their children. Thank you Dr. McClellan, staff and Optical Department for EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE and taking such great care of my vision needs! I appreciate you all!! Laurie WThursday 28th December 2017
