I was originally scheduled for surgery with another doctor but decided to consult with Carrot Eye Center as well. I was immediately impressed by their comprehensive educational materials, including videos and detailed descriptions of different eye surgeries. Upon arrival, the professionalism and kindness of every staff member stood out. They conducted a thorough eye examination and Dr. Hammond took the time to discuss my specific conditions in detail. He clearly explained what the surgery would involve and how it would improve my vision. I had my eye exam done for routine care. Brynley, although still in training did a wonderful job, was very personable, and gave me a wonderful refraction that makes me see much better. Dr. Hammond was informative and discussed all my vision correcting options and even addressed my headaches and made the recommendation to wear the glasses more than just for night driving when I feel I need them most. Mike was amazing in the optical. He pulled frames he thought I would like and would look good on me, and he was spot on!! So excited to get my new glasses and start seeing more clearly.

I had two cataract surgeries with Dr. Hammond. He and his staff are amazing! They treated me with respect and kindness. The staff explained everything to me as the eye tests were performed. As I prepped for the surgical procedures the staff and Dr. Hammond made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I would highly recommend Carrot Eye Center and Dr. Hammond.

This has to be the most pleasant medical office on the planet. All the employees are smiling and kind from the front desk to the doctors they all really seem to enjoy being there and exude a quiet confidence in their work. I found myself happy to be there too, which was odd because who is happy to go to the Dr.? Top notch! I wish all my Dr visits were at similar offices. Highly recommend.

Having vision problems led me to ask for a recommendation for an Opthomologist. Dr Hammond came highly recommended and I was very pleased with the extensive evaluation. I'm so glad they had a solution and look forward to the surgeries that will likely be what I've needed for quite some time. I'm just very pleased. Having to evacuate due to a fire alarm certainly was a first for me. At 87, it's hard to get firsts very often. I'm pleased; and will recommend him to others.
