Thomas Shear1 StarHaven't been seen yet but so far the customer service has been terrible. The office created two seperate charts for me. I had an authorization for my appointment in one. They scheduled me. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me they hadn't received my authorization. (They had called me the night before to inform me they hadnt reveived it yet but I had just switched phones and didnt receive the voice mail. Why wait until the night before when I cant do anything about it?) I tried to explain that there was duplicate charts. The lady at the desk didn't bother checking and blamed it on the provider. After several phone calls come to find out they had the authorization the whole time.Friday 17th May 2024
DLH56 Holm5 StarUsually it's an entire afternoon appt. I changed centers and what a difference. A lot less people and much more efficient. I was there for about 2 hours. I sat and wait for a doctor for maximum 10 minutes. They are very thorough and I trust them with my eyes.Sunday 19th May 2024
Eric Seifer1 StarBy far the worst customer service I have seen. They do not care about your time at all. They seem to have no concept of time. Two appointments and both 30 min after my appointment time I get called back. This time was even worse. I get pulled back again 30 min after my scheduled time and I talk to some assistant for about 3 min and he tries to send me to a different waiting room in the back with all the same people I just waited for in the first room. I walked out. These people obviously think I have nothing better to do then wait on them. I understand that DR. offices run behind from time to time but 30 min is horrible and to be shuttled to another back waiting room is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and go somewhere else where they respect your time.Monday 26th February 2024

Chicken Little5 StarI was a bit skeptical to come here at first due to some of the reviews I saw, but I have had a great experience so far at this eye center! I was worried about the copay and if the doctors would be nice and professional, they were all great! Copay was very reasonable as well. Hoping my next appointment goes as well as the first!Saturday 4th May 2024
