Roadworn125 StarHuge thank you to Cathy for helping me find replacement frames for a pair of glasses that were discontinued. I broke one pair and she called all over the US to other America's Best stores to find a set of replacement frames.
Some people would have just said "oh well, tough luck" and I'd have to go thru the whole 2 for $179.00 or whatever the deal is.
Not Cathy. She went the extra mile to find a set for $30. Excellent communication thru the whole ordeal.
Also kudos to Carol for adjusting my new frames to fit just right. In fact a week or so later I messed up my other pair of frames. I stopped by and she got them all straightened out.
She is a master at frame fixin'

Everyone is so friendly, both myself and my son have to wear glasses and it was his first time ever having to wear glasses. We had a poor experience at target optical and then came here and they took care of us right away. Nice quick and very understanding about my 6 year old being a child. Love love LOOOOVVVEEEE THIS LOCATION!! 100% recommending this place to anyone.Saturday 16th March 2024

Rosemarie Doelle1 StarHorrible quality and ridiculous prices. Got two glasses. First the lens kept popping out of the frames. One of the frames snapped and broke (raybans). The lens' are made of plastic that scratches and fades (see the picture) The worse place for glasses. Get you in the door with promises of free stuff and before you know it you have two terrible glasses and spent over $800. Don't do it...you will be sorry.Friday 8th October 2021
Cydnee Crismon2 StarWent in a few weeks ago and immediately had issues with front desk verifying my insurance. My dad had just gone in a week before me so I knew our insurance was accepted and I knew all the pricing. But the lady did not understand what I was saying and was telling me that I was in the wrong. In reality, she was spelling my name wrong, kept typing wrong info and she was overall rude and unhelpful. When I went back for the eye exam the woman was super sweet and understanding that I had to bring my baby with me. She made this experience a little better for me. After that, the doctor called me back and didn’t smile one time. He was unfriendly, seemed annoyed I had my child with me and didn’t make this experience personal at all. A week later I got a call to go pick up my glasses. I walked in, went over to the pick up counter and stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted. It wasn’t busy either. I was so shocked. Finally, someone asked if I had been helped and I said no but I’m here to pick up my glasses. It took her a while to find them as they weren’t in the right spot apparently. Another thing to add, when I was finishing up I heard the front desk speaking to a small child about how they need to speak up or the doctor won’t help him. The mom looked terrified. If someone ever talked to my child like that I would leave immediately. The front desk was condescending and had such an attitude with all the customers I witnessed. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back. Terrible customer service.Monday 9th January 2023
