Masterrogue666 !1 StarI have been going to this store for over two years. I had my last visit Friday, May 10th. I did my due diligence, and completely filled out the information I was requested to fill out. There was closer stores, but this one had a high rating. When I got there, I was asked if my insurance resets in June. I told them yes, it would. I was then told that I would have to pay UP FRONT, and after my insurance paid them, I would get MY MONEY back. I told them no thanks and left. I AM INSURED! I WILL BE INSURED ON JUNE 1ST OF THIS YEAR! The last time I was prepared to purchase there, I had my coverage and my wife's coverage. It took them OVER A MONTH to get an answer as to which would cost less. They claim that it was my wife's insurance that would not answer. That may be true, but now I wonder. They made me feel like a thief, and could not be trusted to pay a bill! The last time I checked my credit score, it was 828 BECAUSE I PAY MY BILLS, AND HAVE MONEY. I could easily have paid the bill, but this is the first time an eyeglass store ever asked me to pay in advance! My dentist never did that! Rhiannon M1 StarAppointment was at 3:30. Got there at about 3:10. Took until about 3:50 to get my mini exam done with the puff of air. Was taken in by the doctor for the other eye exam at about 4:20. Took pretty much a WHOLE HOUR after my appointment to be seen. I’m not one to complain or post reviews (good or bad) but this was honestly ridiculous. Got called to the desk within 2 minutes though. But something was messed up with whatever paperwork there was and so it took a bit longer to get that figured out. Left the office at about 4:40pm. No one should ever ever EVER have to wait that long for something that takes not even 30 minutes. Mind you it wasn’t even busy. When I sat down to wait, I was waiting with ONE other gentleman. More people came after me, and they got seen before me.Friday 10th May 2024

I went into America's Best without an appointment and received excellent service right away.
Both Karilyn and Denise were fantastic!
So polite and helpful.
They found the exact frames I needed.
I paid for them, Denise put my old lenses into the new frame, and we were done.

D F5 StarI would highly recommend this location. They are friendly, through and explain things in full detail. I ask a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them. The Doctor at this location is extremely thorough and explains things in a way you can understand.

Currently dealing with a customer care rep via email and they are arguing with me and being very rude. Sadly the 3 customers they had this month (myself, my mom and brother) will not be returning. Possibly not getting our glasses at all! So very annoyed with how this company customer service is outside their store.Monday 26th February 2024
