-5 stars in my book! Worst experience ever! If you have unlimited PTO and want to be coming in every week get glasses from this place. The first time I came in they had me wait 2 hours before my appointment. They said the accidentally overbooked. The doctor that took care of me didn’t put my prescription info into the system and guess what? I had to sit and wait until he was done with the person he attended after me to get it done again. I should have walked out. but I was nice and waited. So I order my glasses, I kept coming in to get different contacts while I waited for my glasses. But, because the doctor messed up so bad I couldn’t see out of any of the prescriptions he gave me. I had horrible headaches and my eyes burned so badly from changing perceptions. A few weeks later I get my glasses and guess what!? The glasses were also wrong! They not only gave me the wrong prescription but the wrong pair of glasses. They had a buy one get one free deal “ “ I received two of the same pair when I had ordered two completely different ones. So I had to continue wearing my old glasses. Fast forward to a few weeks later I come in it’s a different doctor, I get told the one that made all the mistakes was a new doctor and they did apologize she gave me extra contacts and we re did my prescription. But I was out of pto hours at work and couldn’t come in to do the follow up. (I work two different jobs) So I couldn’t come in to get my contacts prescription . I finally call to do a follow up appointment today 4/26/24 few months later and I get told that I have to PAY for a whole new contact prescription! Like I have given y’all so much Grace and worked with y’all and everything and when it came to fix the wrong that happened to me they were like No you have to pay!!! If I’m going to pay I’m going to Costco or somewhere else that knows what the heck they are doing! I say all this to say don’t come here they have a whole new staff new doctors and everything every few months for a reason. Spend your money at a place that’s going to treat you and get it right the first time! So much for “Americas Best”. Update 4/26/2024:I get home and double check my prescription on the trial box with the prescription that I was provided and y’all guessed it! It’s the incorrect contact prescription. I swear I can’t make this crap up. I have a wedding to attend to tomorrow and somehow I have to find time to wait for the manager to call me! SMH this is so frustrating. I paid 350 dollars, plus whatever else they charged my insurance for two pairs of glasses, (that don’t fully work) and a contact perscription that I can’t fill. Please do yourself a favor and don’t come here!

I went to America's Best for the first time a few days ago and was very impressed! The location was clean, not busy, and service was fast. The eye doctor was pleasant and professional. I chose to purchase glasses there (I know, glasses are cheaper online but I like to try them on in person) and the optician was great without giving me any high-pressure sales tactics. Their eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $79 is a very reasonable price, although I chose to upgrade my lenses at additional expense. I've been other places where the "bargain" selection is just a few pairs of glasses that look like something a 90-year-old would wear, but the selection of frames was quite good, and I think anyone should be able to find something they like at that price point. If not, they also offer a higher price point of an exam and two pairs of glasses for $129. I will definitely be a return customer!

Very impressive team! We were greeted by a friendly receptionist the minute we opened the door for the appointment. The staff was prompt, polite and professional. The optometrist Dr. Leech was thorough and explained the tests and results in detail. The optician Michelle was fantastic. She took her time to explain the lenses and the different packages. She was incredibly patient and kind. Great job! I will definitely continue to get my glasses here.

This place is amazing! 🤩 Amanda is so warm and inviting, I was running late for my appointment but she managed to still get me in. Dr. Leech was very thorough with my exam and very friendly, I’ve never felt so comfortable! Robert is very knowledgeable when it comes to glasses and was able to get me a great deal. Hannah is just the sweetest, I loved getting my glasses with her. This place has amazing prices and a wide selection of glasses. I signed up for their Eyecare Club and was able to save so much, I will definitely be back for more!!

They broke my new frames and then tried to give me used frames as a replacement. The guy was unwilling or unable to adjust my frames to to my satisfaction. They slipped off my face. Sent me home without them being adjusted properly. My progressives were not done properly and I couldn't read my computer. I returned the glasses. The manager was accommodating and polite. Went to Costco and I got replacements for $220 cheaper. Their advertised prices are if you want lenses with no coating or features. Not a good deal. The doctor at this location is great and I'll keep seeing her, but won't buy glasses here. Not happy with how I was treated.
