We live in a different state. America's Best had decent prices and also sent the glasses to our out of state address which was very helpful. When there was an issue with one of the frames, the manager immediately sent us a new frame and lenses. The manager had even researched the issue prior to calling us and had all of the details we needed to send us the correct frame. Very professional and excellent service!:)

The price and eyeglasses are okay the eye doctor was amazing and when you order the glasses everything was great. But the customer service when you pick up the glasses was awful like they didn't care to ask how they fit .

This place is a scam. I came in 6 months ago for glasses and got an eye exam for a prescription update. They prescribed me lenses that were significantly stronger than the lenses I had. Now I come in for contact prescription because I’m struggling with the sun blinding me, and they said I need new glasses and lenses again. That the previous pair was way to strong and my eyes are straining. They eye doctor did shoty work and gave me an incorrect prescription, and now I have to pay again to replace the work they previously did. I spent significant money on those lenses, and now I have to replace them again? They won’t even give me my contact lense prescription I paid for today unless I do training and come in and spend more money on follow ups. I literally paid for a service I’m not even getting, have to spend more money to fix a crock eye doctors mistake. Then they had the audacity to sit there and blame me, saying my eyes over focus and that’s why I got a stronger prescription. If todays eye doctor caught that, why couldn’t the previous one? How am I supposed to know my eyes are over focusing??? That’s ridiculous. This place is a scam and trying to make me pay yet again for lack of due diligence. Not to mention the fact the website shows they took my new employers insurance, and they didn’t tell me until after my exam that they are out of network causing me to pay more for a prescription they won’t even give me. Scam. All a bunch of scam artists. Won’t ever be coming back here. Now I have to choose between new glasses that are meant for my eyes or doing anything for christmas/birthday. Thanks a lot.

I had a total of 5 people helping me through the entire process and they all were very nice and professional. The only 2 issues I had was it took 13-14 days for my new glasses to arrive. And I got confused as in whether or not I had a 1 year warranty (for scratches, etc.) on my new glasses. On the first visit an employee said I did but when I asked about it on my last visit, to pick up my glasses, another different employee said I only did if I bought the added protection. And I looked and my paperwork said $0 on that line. Well bummer! Anyway, Shannon greatly helped me along the way on my 1st visit. Special thanks!!

Love these guys! Shannon has a great eye for helping people choose frames and goes through lens options so patiently. You’re never surprised by the total. The lenses in the photo are part of the 2 pair + eye exam for $69.95. I love them and get tons of compliments. Also, you get discounted lenses within 30 days so I brought in sunglasses and another pair of glasses. I just picked them up and they are perfect! Thank you!
