Kimberly Miller3 StarPrices are decent. The buy two glasses with free eye exam is a good deal for me. The ophthalmologist was great. My issue is I spent quite awhile picking out 2 frames. All for nothing because the woman who placed the order did so incorrectly and I ended up with two of the same glasses. (One is for reading the other is regular wear). Whoever the woman is needs to be more through. Highly recommend verifying the correct glasses are ordered. I did not want two of the same frames and my time was wasted picking out two different frames. They did offer to reorder but I did not want to wait another two weeks to get the right glasses.Wednesday 15th May 2024

Nicer Wind1 StarI will never return to this America’s Best (1036 W Southern Ave. #102 Mesa, AZ) and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff at this office lack basic courtesy; they don’t even know how to smile or greet people properly. It seems all they care about is money, leaving customers feeling like they’re trapped in a puzzle at their clinic.
Although the eye doctors are competent, the same cannot be said for the salespeople and receptionists, who exhibit unfriendly behavior. In particular, a sales lady named Suzy was exceptionally rude to us. She raised her voice when we tried to ask her questions and seemed overly eager to push us into making purchases, likely because she knew we had insurance.
Being in their establishment feels like being in jail; they practically hold you hostage until you buy something. Even when I requested a copy of my prescriptions, Suzy seemed reluctant and uncomfortable, which was puzzling given that I had already paid for their services. She should count herself lucky that I remained composed during that interaction. Despite her age, Suzy seemed to have an inflated sense of importance, acting as if she owned the place.
For anyone seeking eye care, I suggest looking elsewhere. It’s essential to find a clinic where the staff genuinely care about their job and are motivated to assist you, rather than solely focusing on extracting money from you and your insurance provider.Friday 9th February 2024
Painted Diva5 StarWe went here and had a very pleasant experience. Every employee was friendly and there was a lot of employees there. The wait time for anything and everything was less than 5 mins. I noticed that it was a stress-free environment for both the staff and customers. It did turn out to be more expensive than originally anticipated, but it's worth it. I will update when we pick up our glasses in about ten days.
Update:
Got one pair of glasses, still waiting on the other pair. I had to call and ask for my glasses, they did not call me. These glasses are making things worse. I can only look through one specific tiny spot in my glasses to see clearly. If I don't look through that one tiny spot, everything is askew and blurry. Not happy.
Update:
I went in to pick up my second pair and told them about my problem with the first pair. Without hesitation, they are remaking my lenses.Thursday 4th April 2024
Jenni Brown2 StarFirst time ever here and my first day I can say wasn't too bad. Decent customer service. No one helped me with deciding glasses or went over any options with me, kind of discouraging. And my second day I had to come back because I also ordered contacts so I had to do the class. The second day, horrible customer service and was talked to like I was an idiot. Not a huge fan. Probably won't return.Thursday 28th March 2024
