Jenna Iovino1 StarI had an appointment today at 4:00 pm. I walked in at 3:55 and three of the staff women were leaning against the front counter and one was sitting down at the desk. Not a soul in the place. One of the ladies says, "Sorry we're closed." All four of them laughed at me. She then rudely says, "I'm just kidding." I say, "I am here for my appointment." The lady sitting at the desk chuckles and says, "Oh ya, we were going to call you. The lady that does the contact class left for a family emergency." I have two young children, and my husband was with them waiting in the car. I drove 15 minutes to my scheduled appointment that I even confirmed with a text message. The way these ladies cackled at me and had the nerve to say they were "going" to call me when they had absolutely no business in the store is appalling. Do better America's "BEST." Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.Saturday 4th May 2024
Codee Girl5 StarI had the BEST experience here from start to finish! The exam was quick, and the staff was so nice and helpful when it came to picking my frames (since I was there alone and had a hard time choosing since they have a great selection of frames). Checking out was great as well. The price was a little higher than I anticipated, so they helped me out, and even showed me more frames that were not on display that were cheaper, but I ultimately went with my original choices. I ordered a pair of glasses, and a pair of sunglasses, and was so excited to get them so I called 2 times to see if my glasses were in, and the staff was super nice, and understood that I was checking in so much because I was excited. My experiences even calling them were great! They let me know when my glasses might be in, and they were! Overall, the glasses came in before the 7-10 business days timeframe that they say, so they are quick and efficient! Just got my 2 pairs of glasses yesterday, and they are wonderful! The glasses are really good quality, and the frames are very comfortable. I had a great experience at America’s Best, and would absolutely come back to this location!Tuesday 13th February 2024

Clifton1001 StarVery unpleasant experience for 2 reasons: 1) The nurse was incredibly terse and impatient with the initial screening exam. A very unpleasant and rude 7 minutes. The Doctor was great, however. 2) The two women up front were nice but there was a 10 minute delay in setting me up for payment and handing my script to me, why? Marcy Quinonez5 StarHighly recommend for friendly service,easy online applications, in person walk ins, and timely manner they finished my vision procedures . I was easily able to get my information done online before my eye appointment which made time fly by so fast, along with when arriving they took no time to get the eye exams done, which were quickly and much to my comfort when it came to the non-contact tonometer. Just one puff per eye and I was more than happy to not have to do it more than 3x. To end on another good note I found myself looking for glasses and couldn't find the style I was looking for but was given great assistance from the staff who were kind enough to bring pairs in the cat eye style I was aiming for and ended up with very chic red cat eye glasses frames. Thank you Americans Best staff for the swift and much enjoyable service. Excited to grab my prescription soon and start having control over my vision again🤓Wednesday 29th November 2023
