I had previously written a one star review for Advanced Eyecare of Arizona. I was not happy with a response I had received about not liking my glasses. Dr. Ben reached out and invited me back, so they could have a chance to make it right. I went back to the office and was treated great by the office staff and my glasses were swapped out and they made sure that everything was 💯 before I left. I want to thank everyone at Advanced Eyecare of Arizona for great customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend them.

The doctor there is amazing. He listens to my problems, and was able to give me a accurate test every time I went there. That is unfortunately the only reason I can give this place 2 stars. I ordered my last pair of glasses in October. It is now December and they still don't have them. I was so frustrated I went to Costco and got new glasses in one week. I also told advanced eye care to just toss the glasses if they ever got them because this is ridiculous. Besides the wait, one of the girls was very unprofessional with my mom when she got her own glasses. Two of the secretaries was arguing with each other, and one of the girls refused to help my mom adjust her glasses properly. Needless to say I am never coming back.

I have had glasses for almost 15 years and this was by far they best eye doctor experience I have ever had. The staff, especially Victoria, was so kind and incredibly helpful. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me understand the costs of the frames I had picked out, the extra options they have available, exactly what my insurance covers, and what would be the best deal for me. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions, and felt very informed of all my options. Dr. Yanofsky was also very kind and professional. This was my first time at his office, and I was pleasantly surprised that he explained to me the results of my tests - something I've not had another eye doctor do. He was very knowledgeable, and explained to me everything I needed to know. I have nothing but good things to say about this office, and will be having the rest of my family start coming here as well!

We had a great visit today with this place. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was clean and covid friendly. One thing I really liked is that I was able to schedule my appointment online. That was very convenient. When I showed up they were right on time with the scheduled time I made online. I also enjoyed when I walked in the door if I was the person with that time, because they were waiting for us. The doctor was knowledgeable and went over many things with my exam. Had some suggestions and even discussed some of the positive things the exam showed him about my vision. The equipment seemed a little more up to date than other places I have been, that was nice. I would recommend this place if you are looking for another place to get your eye exam. Look forward to my exam next year.

I cannot saw enough about Advanced Eyecare of Arizona. I love the office, staff, and customer service I get while I am there. Dr. Yanofsky is sharp, polite, thorough and will address any and all concerns you might have. The office does a great job keeping us all safe during the pandemic. I don't ever see myself leaving this practice.
